Why A Chimney Inspection?

Purchasing A New Home?

Are you purchasing a new home? Are you looking to move into a new home?  It would be in your best interest to have a Level 2 fireplace/chimney inspection conducted by a F.I.R.E. Certified Inspector.

Home Inspector's Recommendations

Did your home inspector use a chimney camera system to inspect the flue system?  A professional home inspector will include an inspection on portions of the chimney structure/system but they neither have the training nor the tools to perform a thorough fireplace/chimney inspection.  This is why most home inspection reports recommend you have a F.I.R.E. Certified Inspector examine your chimney structure/system.

Hidden Hazards

A thorough inspection is key.  Chimney safety is paramount when living in a home. It does not matter if your new home has a wood burning fireplace, a fireplace with a gas log set, or a new high efficient gas appliance. If you’re buying a home you will want to have the peace of mind that your fireplace is safe to operate.  Our F.I.R.E Certified Chimney inspectors will use camera technology to examine your flue system and determine if it is in safe operating condition.
